The Mills Rose Garden at Thornden Park is maintained by volunteers primarily from the Syracuse Rose Society on Wednesday mornings between 8 a.m. and noon from April to November. The public is always welcome to join in those mornings to help tend the roses. No gardening experience necessary! Or stop by to just ask questions.
